How do you ship packages? - For domestic (US) orders we use USPS, for international orders we use DHL or UPS.

How long does it usually take? - Domestic orders should arrive within 3-4 business days. International orders should arrive anywhere between 1-2 weeks however your local customs office could delay.

Who is responsible for VAT/Tax? - We declare the shipment properly as a commercial transaction, this may cause an added tax to be paid. The customer is responsible for any interactions with customs.

What address do you ship to? - We ship to the “Shipping Address” listed under your account page, if you update this before your order ships we will use latest from your settings.
