Linux DUO Dashboard unable to run “cannot execute binary file: Exec format error”

Hi,  I’m attempting to run the DUO Dashboard on linaro on the Radxa Rock.

I am getting the error below after unzipping the DUO Dashboard archive attempting to run the app.  Is there another step that needs to be done before this?  I did accidentally plug in my DUO before copying over the 99-duo3d.rules file but I don’t think that would cause this problem below?
