The DUO M/MLX both use standard M8 lens mounts which accept any M8 style lenses. On the DUO M base board we allow for either M8 or M12 lens mounts which gives users more options when selecting a lens. On the MLX specifically the lens you use must be able to fit through the lens holes on the top board, this diameter of 10.65mm.
As for the filter the DUO M ships with no IR pass filters and allows for all visible light to pass through the lens to the filter. The MLX ships with a tight IR bandpass filter with a range of 850 +/- 20nm.
