If you have ordered through a purchasing department or another person you may not have access to the email we have on file for the order. Since our licensing and download system is directly tied to this email it will be required that we migrate these licenses to your account.
To do this simply send an email or call us with the following details:
Order Number – The original purchaser order number.
Order Email – The original purchaser email address.
New Email – The new email associated with the order.
Once we receive your request we will migrate the licenses within 12-24 hours and notify you once this your account has been updated.
